Job Description
- Build and manage thoughtful and scalable immigration process.
- Provide in-depth counsel on global immigration processes and best practices.
- Oversee global immigration case management; act as the primary resource for employees on all aspects of immigration including visa, work permit, and permanent resident process and timelines.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for immigration.
- Responsible for all aspects of immigration casework, including forms, email correspondence and representation letters.
- Providing strategic legal advice to employees and clients and ensuring dissemination of information across the team.
- Taking responsibility for supervising invoicing, credit control, escalating any issues to the Director.
- Setting timetables and completing quarterly reviews for reporting team (to include all consultants) ensuring meetings are completed in a timely manner and reports written up within TAT.
- Completing training assessments for each member of reporting team, managing staff progression , identifying training requirements and monitoring progress during quarterly reviews.
- Ensuring retention of reporting team, identifying any areas requiring improvement, monitoring career progression and general morale within the team.
