Job Description
- Create and execute a detailed implementation plan, ensuring the successful deployment of our software within a 30-day timeframe for each client.
- Conduct in-person and virtual meetings and training sessions with clients to guide them through the software, ensuring they are fully equipped to use the system effectively.
- Provide timely and effective solutions to client queries, addressing any concerns and ensuring a smooth user experience.
- Work closely with the Tech team to resolve any technical issues that arise during or after implementation, ensuring minimal disruption to the client.
- Collaborate with the Product team by sharing valuable user feedback and insights to drive continuous product improvement.
- Create comprehensive user training materials and guides to support clients in their ongoing use of the software.
- Provide clients with regular updates on the implementation progress, maintaining transparency and keeping the project on track.
- Lead webinars to train multiple clients simultaneously, maximizing efficiency and ensuring a broad understanding of the software's capabilities.
