Technical Lead- Java

Role & responsibilities:

• Proficient in Java with solid understanding of coding standards and programming principles & best practices to help in Code Reviews.
• Strong experience with Spring Framework and Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data, Spring Security, Spring Integration, Spring Batch, Docker, MySQL, MongoDB.
• Event-driven microservices implementation experience with any message broker e.g. Kakfa, RabbitMQ, NATS…etc.
• Very good knowledge of RESTFull API first design principles and related security best practices.
• Solid experience in Relational and NoSQL database design and modeling principles.
• Very good at System Design and passionate to implement scalable and reliable cloud-native applications.
• Mentor and lead engineering team members from the front (70%-hands-on, 30% Leading Team), fostering a collaborative and innovative development environment.
• Solid experience following agile practices, coding standards, and TDD experience.
• Very good in time, effort estimation, and low-level task breakdown of user stories.
• Must have good analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills with First Principle Thinking.
• Highly effective team player with good communication and collaboration skills
