Project Procurement Manager

Key Areas of accountability/responsibility

Develop and execute overall project procurement strategy in compliance with requirements, policies, and processes

Define vendor list for the full external spend, manage RfX process and contracting/ordering process

Closely collaborate with colleagues from Group Operational Excellence, the BUs and Group Procurement

Prepare and lead fact-based negotiations and award contracts for all equipment & services required in the projects

Mitigate procurement related risks

Measure and evaluate supplier performance

Enforce, share and implement best practices

You Bring

In-depth proven knowledge of drafting and implementing Large Capex project procurement strategies

Category Local Market insight in our Industry

8+ years experience with the dynamics in multi-million projects from feasibility until mechanical completion in multinational companies

Contract management skills

Act responsibly and work efficiently, self-leadership

Fluent in Hindi and English

Collaboration excellence, decision making, interpersonal and communication skills

Result oriented, emotional intelligence, quick learning, can-do attitude
