Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Senior MEP Engineer to manage and oversee MEP systems in real estate projects. The role involves ensuring high-quality designs, compliance with standards, and efficient system operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, install, and maintain MEP systems for real estate projects.
- Review project designs and specifications to ensure adherence to standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct site visits to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
- Prepare and monitor budgets for mechanical works and manage procurement of required materials.
- Identify and resolve technical issues during and post-construction phases.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Significant experience in mechanical engineering, preferably in the real estate sector.
- Proficiency in design software like AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of local building codes and safety regulations.
