Position: Technical Training Officer

Locations: Kolkata

We are seeking a dynamic and skilled MEP Technical Trainer to deliver high-quality training programs in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems, along with essential training in soft services such as housekeeping, facility management, and customer service. The ideal candidate will develop, deliver, and evaluate training content to enhance the technical and interpersonal skills of trainees, ensuring they meet industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Training Delivery:

• Conduct hands-on training in MEP systems, including HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, and fire safety.
• Deliver soft services training, focusing on housekeeping protocols, customer interaction, and service quality.
• Provide on-site training sessions.

2. Content Development:

• Develop training materials such as manuals, and simulation exercises for MEP and soft services training.
• Customize training content based on specific organizational needs and industry advancements.

3. Skill Assessment:

• Evaluate trainees technical proficiency and interpersonal skills through tests, role-plays, and practical assessments.
• Provide actionable feedback and improvement plans to trainees.

4. Reporting and Feedback:

• Maintain detailed records of training sessions, attendance, and trainee performance.
• Prepare training effectiveness reports and suggest program enhancements.

Requirements:

Education:

Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering, or a related field.

Certifications in MEP systems (e.g., HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical) preferred.

Certification or experience in soft services or facility management training is a plus.

Experience:

Minimum of 2-6 years of experience in MEP systems and soft services training.

Prior experience as a trainer in a facility management or service industry environment is highly desirable
