Job Description
Designation: Associate Education/Qualification: CA Experience: 0-1 years Role & Responsibility:
Develop financial models / detailed business plans for conducting business valuations
Conduct business studies / analytical review on past, future and comparative performance of the client companies and develop forecast models
Perform research on industry, comparable companies and other relevant topics
Actively contribute in valuation report writing
Create Information Memorandums for client companies for fund raise assignments
Contribute in conducting financial due diligence on target companies on behalf of venture capital firms
Identify issues and propose strategies related to the work procedures to make the execution process more efficient
Maintain positive, productive, and professional relationship with client personnel and colleagues
Individual contributor with support from interns
Demonstrate teamwork and responsibility with engaged team member; stay abreast of
current business and economic developments; and use current technology and tools to
enhance the effectiveness of service provided
Proficient in spreadsheets, MS Office and knowledge of research tools
Articleship in audit/internal audit/valuation profile from a Tier 1 CA firm
Experience in conducting valuations for business and preparation of business plans
Excellent analytical, communication, organizational, interpersonal and teaming skills
