Hr Recruiter

Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven HR Executive (to manage end-to-end recruitment processes along with overseeing MIS and operational tasks within the HR department. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both the fast-paced environment of recruitment and the structure of operational and data management tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment (70%):

• Job Posting & Sourcing: Develop and post job advertisements across various platforms (job boards, social media, recruitment agencies, etc.) to attract a pool of qualified candidates.
• Candidate Screening & Shortlisting: Review CVs, conduct initial screening calls, and shortlist candidates based on the job specifications and requirements.
• Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Candidate Assessment & Selection: Conduct competency-based interviews, assist in the final selection process, and make job offers.
• Onboarding: Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires, including preparing offer letters, contracts, and relevant documentation.
• Recruitment Reporting: Maintain and update recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, source of hire, and other relevant KPIs.

2. MIS & Documentation (30%):

• Data Entry & Maintenance: Manage and maintain HR databases, ensuring accurate records of employees' details, recruitment progress, and hiring statistics.
• Report Generation: Generate and maintain regular HR reports (weekly, monthly, or as required) on recruitment activities, and other HR metrics.
• HR Documentation: Assist with maintaining employee records, updating HR files, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and organizational policies.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience: 1-3 years of experience in recruitment or HR operations.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), HRMS systems, and knowledge of recruitment platforms.
• Strong Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with employees at all levels.
• Organizational Skills: High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively within the HR team and across departments.
• Knowledge of recruitment best practices and employee lifecycle management.
• Familiarity with HRIS systems
