1. Team Management and Target Achievement:
• Supervise and mentor 5-8 sales officers to achieve branch-level disbursement targets.
• Conduct daily reviews to monitor team progress and address performance gaps.
2. Customer Relationship Management:
• Engage with high-value customers to support business growth & Take good Customer References.
• Resolve escalated grievances to maintain customer satisfaction.
3. Operational Oversight:
• Ensure all documentation and loan files are complete and accurate.
• Coordinate with backend teams to ensure timely disbursement.
4. Compliance and Risk Management:
• Monitor compliance with regulatory (KYC, AML) and company policies.
• Identify and mitigate operational risks.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
Knowledge:
• Detailed understanding of secured lending products, loan processing, and compliance.
• Awareness of local market dynamics and competitor offerings.
Skills:
1. Leadership Skills:
• Ability to motivate and develop team members.
2. Analytical Skills:
• Assess performance data and take corrective actions.
3. Conflict Resolution:
• Handle escalations with professionalism.
Experience:
• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in financial sales, preferably in team management.
