We are seeking a motivated Business Development Manager to support our B2B-focused wealth management business. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 3 years of relevant experience and demonstrate the ability to identify new business opportunities, cultivate relationships with other wealth managers, and contribute to expanding our network of professional partnerships. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strategic mindset, and an understanding of the wealth management sector, with additional focus on alternative investments
Key Responsibilities :Partnership Development : Identify and engage with wealth management firms, family offices, and other financial institutions to establish B2B relationships.
Lead Generation : Utilize networking, market research, and outreach to generate leads for partnerships and client referrals.
Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain long-term relationships with partner firms, ensuring they have a thorough understanding of our service offerings.
Sales Support : Assist in creating customised proposals and presentations tailored to the needs of our B2B partners.
Networking Events : Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and networking gatherings to expand our professional network.
Market Research : Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and identify opportunities to enhance our B2B offering.
Collaboration : Work closely with marketing and financial advisory teams to align business development efforts with broader company goals.
CRM Management : Maintain accurate records of partner interactions in the CRM system to track and manage relationships effectively.
Relationship Management : Proven ability to develop and maintain professional partnerships.
Strategic Thinking : Ability to identify market opportunities and create strategies to capitalize on them.
Negotiation Skills : Capable of negotiating partnership terms that benefit both the firm and partners.
Adaptability : Ability to adjust strategies based on partner feedback and market changes.
