We are hiring for Engineer/Sr. Engineer - Mechanical Maintenance

Job Summary:

We are seeking qualified and experienced Electrical and Mechanical Engineers for our Production and Maintenance department. The successful candidates will be responsible for maintaining and improving the efficiency of our production processes while ensuring optimal functioning of electrical and mechanical systems. This position is ideal for individuals with 2-3 years of experience, preferably from the cables manufacturing or engineering industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the maintenance and troubleshooting of electrical and mechanical systems.
• Ensure the smooth functioning of production machinery by performing preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Work closely with production teams to optimize equipment performance and reduce downtime.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement effective solutions to resolve system or equipment issues.
• Monitor and inspect electrical and mechanical equipment to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute upgrades and improvements.
• Maintain and update maintenance logs, reports, and records in line with company protocols.
• Assist with the installation and commissioning of new equipment as required.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or B.E. in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• 2 to 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the cables manufacturing or engineering industry.
• Strong technical knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, machinery, and troubleshooting.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with safety standards and best practices in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Prior experience in cable manufacturing or engineering industry.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Hands-on experience with preventive and predictive maintenance techniques.
