Senior Desktop Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide advanced troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktop systems, applications, and peripherals.
• Manage OS deployments, patching, and system updates.
• Support virtualization, remote access, and endpoint security solutions.
• Collaborate with IT teams to enhance system efficiency and security.
• Document technical processes and provide end-user training as needed.
• Networking & server support
• Security appliance handling

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in desktop support and system administration.
• Strong knowledge of Windows/macOS, Active Directory, and IT security best practices.
• Experience with SCCM, Intune, or other endpoint management tools is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
