Project Planning Execution

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop and manage a detailed project plan, including tasks, timelines, and resources.
• Execute projects based on Agile Scrum methodologies, facilitating daily scrum meetings, sprint planning, and sprint reviews.
• Regularly communicate project updates, risks, and issues to stakeholders and provide timely solutions.
• Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and value delivery.
• Ensure that project deliverables meet the highest quality standards.
• Stay updated with the latest in project management best practices and Agile methodologies.
• Recommend improvements to processes and tools, driving efficiencies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification is a bonus
• Minimum of 3 years experience in managing large-scale software (Web & Mobile) development projects.
• Proficiency in project management software tools, such as Jira, Trello, etc.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple small or medium size projects and priorities simultaneously.
