Lead Data Scientist

This role requires taking care of end-to-end delivery of ML models & complex exploratory analysis across business functions viz;

• Product & Liabilities
• Anti-Fraud Unit
• Finance
• Distribution Channel
• Marketing
• Lending etc.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their challenges, propose analytics solutions & accordingly work out actionable to create business impact
• Would be building Predictive Models (Up-sell / Cross-sell, Customer & Merchant churn, retention, lookalike, Renewal propensity etc), hence should have hands-on experience in from data preparation to model deployment and measuring impact
• Build forecasting models for key financial metrics
• Perform simulation analysis to assess the impact of key business decisions
• Effectively communicate the findings & insights to key business stakeholders & top management
• Should be able to demonstrate the business impact of the analytical solutions
