Customer Relationship Manager

About the role:

Niyo is inviting candidates for Customer Relationship Manager (Field Sales & Service) to join our team. They will be responsible for product handover & demo for our Forex Card products and generate referrals from the pre-serviced customer. The ideal candidates should possess excellent communication skills, be presentable and a proactive attitude towards sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers for delivery & fulfilment of pre-booked customer's request for product KYC, onboarding & activation along with any other customer query at time of delivery.
• Effectively communicate the benefits and features of Niyo Global Forex Cards and other products like International Travel Insurance, E-Sim, Forex Cash etc. for cross-sell.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure service & generate referrals for all products placements for which incentive can be earned..
  

Required Skills and Expertise:

1. Minimum of bachelors degree in business administration, marketing, or any customer facing sales or service experience related stream preferred.

2. Excellent communication in English & local language based on location preferred.

3. Interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with HNI customers effectively.

4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

5. Knowledge of financial products sales and service will be an added advantage.

Other Requirements:

1. 0-5 Years in any service or sales industry with focus on customer facing deliverables.
2. Personal Two-Wheeler* & Drivers License. Local travel expenses reimbursed as per policy.
