Job description:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for using their analytical mindset to analyze and interpret financial data, then relating it to potential business trends and issues. The candidate will feel comfortable using insights they have discovered to communicate important themes and discoveries to company leadership.

Responsibilities:

Able to work on debt syndication/structured/special opportunity financing proposals.

Should have a good knowledge of distressed account financing and able to create investor teasers.

Analyze and prepare generic industry, market and specific company overviews.

Analyze current and past financial data and performance to make recommendations on fundraising.

Supporting team in financial due diligence processes during fund raising activities .

Perform comprehensive document verification to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.

Meet project timelines and quality of deliverable in a manner to ensure high client satisfaction.

Engagement with clients and lenders independently on calls and email.

Supporting team in onboarding of new clients.

Qualifications:

M.B.A in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (for freshers) OR 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience (experienced candidates).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.

Proficiency in financial analysis,report preparation and Financial Modeling.

Advanced knowledge of MS Office.

Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
