We are seeking a Head of Product with a strong technical background to lead our product strategy and execution, building a world-class product team while driving innovation at the intersection of data, SaaS, and enterprise integrations.

Role Overview :

As the Head of Product, you will :

Lead and define the product vision, aligning with Finkraft's mission to revolutionise enterprise finance technology. Build and mentor a diverse team of specialised Product Managers across areas such as :

1. Technical Product Manager (Tech PM) : Leading technology-driven product initiatives, ensuring platform scalability and robust API integrations.

2. Growth Product Manager : Driving user acquisition, retention, and monetisation through viral and network-effect strategies.

3. Design/Product Design Manager : Crafting intuitive, user-centric designs tailored to enterprise SaaS, GST, or travel domains.

4. Data Product Manager : Leveraging data analytics tools to build actionable dashboards and data-driven roadmaps.

5. Platform Product Manager : Managing integrations, enabling network effects, and addressing multi-stakeholder needs.

6. Marketing Product Manager : Enhancing branding and executing viral marketing campaigns targeting niche audiences.

7. AI/ML Product Manager : Building intelligent automation tools and integrating AI-driven features like IDP and vision tools.

8. Drive innovation in areas such as ETL tools, analytics pipelines, and large-scale enterprise integrations.

9. Collaborate with engineering, design, and business teams to deliver scalable and secure enterprise-grade solutions.

10. Own product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business goals and client needs.

What We're Looking For :

Experience :

- 10+ years in product management, with 3-5 years in a leadership role.

- Proven technical background, including experience with ETL tools, API integrations, and managing data pipelines.

- Track record of building and scaling SaaS platforms, particularly for enterprise clients.

Technical Expertise :

- Hands-on experience in software development or technical roles before transitioning to product management.

- Proficiency in programming languages and familiarity with data analytics tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Zoho Analytics.

Leadership Skills :

- Ability to build, mentor, and lead high-performing teams of Product Managers.

- Exceptional stakeholder management skills to align cross-functional teams toward shared goals.

Educational Background :

- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

- Strong academic credentials from Tier-1 institutes (e.g., IIT, NIT, BITS) preferred, but not mandatory if experience is robust.

Domain Knowledge :

- Experience in enterprise SaaS, GST, ERP, or travel management systems is a strong plus.
