Role Description:

- This is a full-time on-site role as a State Head at Ikeda Ltd. in Ahmedabad or Surat.

- The State Head will oversee the operations and business growth, manage a team

- Develop strategies to increase market share, build relationships with clients, and drive innovation in the digital transaction ecosystem.

Qualifications:

- Leadership, strategic planning, and business development skills

- Knowledge of payments technology and transaction processing

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Experience in managing teams and driving performance

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field/ MBA would get preference

- Experience in the payments industry is a plus

- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment

- Minimum 6 years experience in Sales

- Immediate joiners preferred
