Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end interior fit-out projects for commercial and residential spaces.

Coordinate with architects, designers, and contractors to ensure project execution aligns with design specifications.

Source and procure materials while maintaining cost efficiency and quality.

Supervise on-site work to ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.

Address client requirements and modifications during project execution.

Requirements:

Experience: 5+ years in interior fit-outs within the real estate sector.

Knowledge: Strong understanding of materials, space planning, and construction techniques.

Skills: Project management, vendor coordination, budgeting, and quality control.

Education: Degree/Diploma in Civil engineering/Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
