Position Details - Gender: Male/Female
- Education: Master s degree in Finance or a professional finance qualification
- Experience: Proven experience in marketing strategy and planning or client management.
- Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities through lead generation strategies.
- Develop and maintain a database of potential clients for outreach.
- Execute targeted marketing campaigns to generate high-quality leads for the sales team.
- Create and implement strategic marketing plans to enhance the company s visibility and reputation in the market.
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee the execution of marketing initiatives such as webinars, seminars, and other promotional events.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Lead and mentor the Marketing Support Executive(s) to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Oversee the preparation and execution of marketing materials, presentations, and reports.
- Ensure smooth coordination within the team for event planning, CRM updates, and customer follow-ups.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
- Follow up on leads to convert them into prospective clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client interactions related to marketing activities.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.
- Provide inputs to refine the company s product offerings and marketing strategies.
- Identify new platforms and channels for lead generation and marketing outreach.
- Maintain accurate records of marketing activities, lead conversions, and campaign performance using CRM tools like Bitrix.
- Generate periodic reports to share updates on marketing efforts and lead pipeline.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure targets are met.
- Creative, out-of-the-box thinkers.
- Detail-oriented individuals with exceptional analytical skills.
- Outstanding communicators, both written and verbal.
- Candidates with strong leadership and team management abilities.
