As an Operations Head at Arogyahaat, you will play a pivotal role in managing and enhancing the operational efficiency of our insurance business. Your responsibilities will include overseeing day-to-day operations, maintaining quality standards. You will be responsible for streamlining processes, optimizing resource utilization, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Responsibilities:
Operational Oversight:
Manage the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow. Implement and monitor operational policies and procedures to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.
Manages the implementation of the Wellness Operations objectives, providing leadership and facilitating work processes in order to achieve high performance standards.
Quality Assurance:
Maintain and improve quality standards of wellness services, ensuring they meet or exceed customer expectations. Implement feedback mechanisms to continuously enhance service quality.
Undertakes internal and external training initiatives to expand the technical skills, so as to develop risk analysis, project financing, and financial analysis, sector analysis capabilities etc
Resource Management:
Manage resources effectively, including staffing. Oversee vendor management.
Works in close coordination with the Director, to develop business strategy and articulate action plans to drive the focus of business towards Commercial risk products.
Data Analysis:
Utilize data analytics to measure the effectiveness. Identify opportunities for improvement and innovation in services.
Utilise data analytics to track operational performance, identify trends, and generate insightful reports for management review.
Make data-driven decisions to enhance processes and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs). Training and Development:
Continuous Improvement:
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices, and proactively suggest innovative solutions to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Compliance and Regulations:
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards. Stay updated on changes in the wellness and insurance sectors that may impact operations.
Customer Experience:
Monitor customer feedback and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Implement initiatives to improve the customer experience.
Reporting:
Prepare regular reports on operational performance, key metrics, and achievements.
Present findings to senior management and stakeholders.
