Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced franchise development manager to lead our companys franchise expansion efforts. The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying new franchise opportunities, supporting franchisees, and ensuring the success of our franchise network.
Key Responsibilities:
Franchise Development & Expansion:
Develop and implement a marketing strategy to attract new franchisees.
Identify and evaluate potential franchise opportunities, conducting market research and analyzing trends.
Identify potential franchisees in selected markets, conduct screenings, and evaluate their suitability.
Negotiate franchise agreements, including terms, financials, and operational obligations.
Franchisee Support & Business Management:
Provide continuous support to franchisees in areas such as operations, staffing, recruitment, and financial management.
Assist in developing franchise business plans and ensure compliance with the companys processes and standards.
Act as a point of contact between the franchisor and franchisees to resolve issues promptly.
Franchise Operations & Compliance:
Ensure franchise operations comply with legal requirements and company policies.
Manage franchise agreements, renewals, and fee collections.
Ensure brand standards are upheld in all franchise communications and marketing activities.
Training & Onboarding:
Support franchisees during the setup and launch phase.
Develop onboarding programs to train franchise partners on business operations, brand standards, and marketing strategies.
Requirements:
7-8 years of experience in franchise development and management, with strong business development skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and social media networking.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, lead teams, and drive growth.
Strong sales acumen and the ability to align franchisee goals with the companys vision.
