Job Title: Technical Lead Full stack Developer

Job Summary: As a Full Stack Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining our financial technology products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and Development:

• Architect, design, and develop scalable and maintainable full-stack applications.

• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to create robust and user-friendly solutions.

• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.

Front-End Development:

• Develop responsive and interactive user interfaces using modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).

• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

• Implement best practices for web development, including code reviews and testing.

Back-End Development:

• Design and implement robust and scalable server-side logic using languages such as Java, Spring boot & Microservices.

• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices.

• Ensure data integrity and security through effective database design and management (MS SQL, SQL, NoSQL).

DevOps and Deployment:

• Automate deployment pipelines and ensure continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices.

• Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) and optimize performance and cost.

• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues.

Team Leadership and Mentorship:

• Lead and mentor junior developers, providing guidance and support.

• Participate in code reviews and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends, and share knowledge with the team.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Experience: 5-8 years of experience in full-stack development.

• Proven experience in fintech or financial services is highly desirable.

• Team handling experience is must.

Technical Skill:

• Proficiency in front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js) & PWA.

• Strong back-end development skills in Java, Spring boot & Microservices.

• Experience with database design and management: SQL (MS SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL), NoSQL (MongoDB, Cassandra).

• Knowledge of cloud services and infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP).

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

• Understanding of security best practices and data protection regulations.

Soft Skills:
