About the Role:

- This is a full-time, on-site role for a Manager - Business Finance FPNA at Wellness Forever Medicare Limited in Thane.

- The role will be responsible for financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.

- The Manager will support strategic decision-making by providing in-depth financial insights and will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities for the organization.

- Perform detailed financial analysis and reporting to monitor performance against budgets and forecasts.

- Conduct variance analysis to identify discrepancies between actuals and budgets, and recommend corrective actions.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic decision-making and drive financial performance.

- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management for informed decision-making.

- Manage and develop financial models to support the organization's goals and growth strategies.

Qualifications:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) certification is required.

- Expertise in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.

- Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting.

- Strong knowledge of Excel and financial modeling tools.

- Experience working with financial systems and tools.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication skills to effectively convey financial information to stakeholders.
