Executive - Financial Planning & Analysis

Role & responsibilities:

• Responsible for Business Unit FP&A processes and completion of requirements for Copelands reporting cycle.
• Review and consolidate IMEA entities forecast on a monthly basis and assess risk & opportunities for P&L and Cash flow
• Prepare meeting slides and support staff for monthly closing and forecast review with President and US headquarter
• Load external adjustment to Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) if necessary.
• Assist in PL analysis and prepare related report for management meetings.
• Day to day analysis and review of ad-hoc inquires.
• Perform additional projects as assigned.

Preferred candidate profile:

• The successful candidate must be able to manage multiple projects, demonstrate solid accounting and financial analysis ability, be detail-oriented, exhibit strong leadership and supervisory skills, project personal presence, work effectively in a team environment, and articulate professionally and concisely with all levels of management.
• This position requires the ability to work independently, while managing the completion of multiple tasks, exhibit strategic-thinking and hands-on ability to plan work schedules for the achievement of daily, monthly, and annual deadlines and challenges.
• Excellent communication skills, cross-cultural sensitive. English fluency is a must.
• Strong business system knowledge including Excel and PowerPoint skills are a must.
• Working knowledge of Oracle and Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) applications.

EDUCATON

Position requires a Bachelors degree in Finance or Accounting and 7 to 10 years of progressive experience in a corporate or business unit accounting and reporting environment. CPA / MBA preferred.
