Strategic Planning Manager - Bharat Super Shop

Planning:

- Prepare business plan by gathering data and Liasioning with internal stakeholders.

- Drive new product launches & strategic initiatives to enhance business.

- Identify new markets for business expansion.

- Perform data analysis and provide analytical insights.

- Track and Monitor KPIs of business unit to enable management to take decisions.

- Enhancement of business rule engine by Liasioning with relevant stakeholders.

- Design marketing campaigns to engage internal and external customers.

- Competition benchmarking w.r.t products offered and changing market dynamics.

Reporting & Analysis:

- Liasioning with stakeholders for implementation of initiatives.

- Coordinating with stakeholders to generate automated alerts.

- Generate and publish automated management dashboards.

- Automate MIS system for senior management and internal communication.

- Ensure proper and correct reporting to the management.

Skills Required:

- Strong data Analytical skills.

- Proficiency in MS Advanced Excel/MS office suite.

- Proficiency in SQL, Power BI and any other data analytical tools is an added advantage.

- Exceptional written, communication, presentation skills and relationship building skills.

- Excellent negotiation skills with ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

- Professional maturity, integrity, discipline, and a positive attitude.

- Highly motivated, quick-learner, self-starter.

- Fluent in English & Hindi.
