Roles & Responsibilities:.

- You will be responsible for the following: Accounting, trial balance, analytical reviews and process control for i.e IT Biz.

- Will extensively review ledgers, balance sheet items, automation of provisions, correct cost captures through process correction and automation.

- Support all aspects of Balance Sheet and Revenue attestation process during the financial close and ensure integrity and completeness of the ledger.

- Comply with requests from internal and external auditors, Internal testing teams and assist in audit closure.

- Support the Balance sheet attestation and MIS reports.

- Support monthend and year -end close process.

- Manage and comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements prepare financial statements and other financial reports for the business and external auditors.

- Collaborate on continuous improvement of quality, efficiency and effectiveness of controls.

- Innovate through agile working and automation.

- Create and drive the adoption of improved financial processes and policies through teaming with multiple stakeholder groups.

- Complete ad hoc requests and perform other duties as needed in a timely manner.

- Exposure to subsidiary accounting , fund infusions , consolidation of subsidiary accounts.

- Transfer pricing methods between two entities and recording thereof.

- Review and analysis of ledgers / trial balances of subsidiaries.

- Should have good exposure in ERP and excel working.

- Should have handled accounting and trial balance scrutiny in a large organization.

- Should have good working knowledge in IGAAP and IFRS accounting.

- Should understand accounting requirements of taxes viz.

- International VAT, GST should have strong understanding of accounting process, procure to pay and employee cost accounting.

- Controlling and checking various work processes of the subsidiaries.

- Document and check income recognition in the subsidiaries.

- Control of fixed assets.

- Preparation of control account reconciliations.

- Preparation of accrual and prepayment journal entries.

- Preparation of the Corporation tax return or supervising local advisors in its preparation.

- Should have a good experience in analyzing trends viz.cost and focusing on optimising them.

- Responsible for keeping subsidiary timetables.
