Job Description
- Inyour new role as Factory Finance Controller you will be responsible for:
- Inthis position youll prepare close estimate templates, participate in monthlyclose review calls, perform deviation analysis, and prepare monthly andquarterly close summaries.
- Responsiblefor efficient and detailed budgeting and forecasting process
- Monitoringof Fixed Assets- C-WIP review
- Forecasting& Monitoring of Working Capital
- Ensuringeffective & timely closure of Cost Audit
- Challengingthe stakeholders at every point is the key
- Costcontrolling for various functional costs including but not limited to -SG&A, COGS, Order controlling, People cost etc.
- Coordinatingexternal/internal audits, ensuring risk and internal control processesadherence, transfer pricing audits etc
- Managingand preparing key reporting on a monthly / quarterly basis
- Ensuringa clean balance sheet with thorough review and regular cleanup
- Drivethe digitalization initiatives / ideas leading to smarter reporting, process& productivity improvement.
- Leadingspecial projects from time to time.
- Ensurecompliance to all internal / external rules & regulations like ICFR, SFRG,Tax, ECC, hedging etc.

Youare a Bachelors in Commerce or Business Management with 1 to 2 years ofexperience OR Fresher MBA/CA/ICWA
Youhave good understanding of accounting topics
GoodAnalytical and Communication & Microsoft Excel, presentation Skills.
Youare ready to explore new tools/horizons, innovate and act as a businessenabler.
Youpossess positive attitude and never give up in the face of adversity.
ExcellentMS Office (excel & power point) skills.
