About the Role :

We are seeking a smart and detail-oriented Finance Controller to manage and oversee our organization's financial operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong aptitude for numbers, effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, and handle the complexities of our global operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Management:

- Ensure accurate and efficient financial reporting and analysis.

- Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial planning processes.

2. Collaboration with HR:

- Work closely with HR teams to manage finance-related overlaps, including payroll, compliance, and benefits administration.

3. Global Operations:

- Handle the complexity of financial operations across multiple geographies and currencies.

4. Investor Relations:

- Maintain and strengthen relationships with investors, ensuring timely communication and reporting.

5. FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis):

- Support FP&A activities to drive data-driven decision-making (nice to have but not mandatory).

What We're Looking For:

- Strong analytical and numerical skills with a sharp eye for detail.

- Proven ability to manage and optimize global financial operations.

- Experience in managing investor relations and reporting.

- Collaborative mindset to work effectively with HR and other teams.

- Previous exposure to FP&A is a plus but not a strict requirement.

- Fundraising experience is not mandatory.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CA, MBA,CPA, CMA) preferred.

- 7+ years of experience in financial management roles
