JOB TITLE: Financial Analyst

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare and review annual financials as per financial reporting standards and ensure reporting as per prescribed accounting standards within due timelines
• Coordination with statutory auditors and group finance
• Review of payroll files and post the journals
• Review and post the month end accruals/provisions
• Drive quality month-end accounting closure process with agreed timelines
• Ensure all the sub-functions of finance are engaged collaboratively to ensure accounts are maintained current and clean.
• Preparation and reporting of annual financials as per IFRS to central entities and interacting with Groups finance controllers for consolidation purposes
• Ensure timely compliances of applicable statutes
• Identify areas for process improvements/automations and implementation
• Timely reconciliation of Balance sheet schedules and sign offs
• Timely reconciliation of intercompany balances and sign offs
• Monthly review of overhead costs and compare with the budgets
• Preparation of Budgets and Forecasts (Quarterly, Half yearly and yearly)
• Reviewing funding needs, monthly reporting of all treasury activities to senior management
• Treasury related works and any other adhoc works.

Essential Qualification & Skills:

• Semi qualified CA with 10 years / Qualified Chartered Accountant with 5-10 years of experience
• Strong General ledger accounting skills
• High accuracy and on time delivery
• Good oral and written communications skills
• Practical knowledge of IND AS, IGAAP and IFRS required.
• Understanding of the Accounting and MIS Systems
• Working knowledge of Oracle Fusion, ARCS tool
• Expertise in MS Excel, PowerPoint and handling large amount of data sets and tasks
• Preferred prior experience in EPC industry.
