- Create PR/GR/Extract reports using SAP system Process invoice payments,Ensuring accurate/up-to-date data entries in excel trackers,
- Work with various senior managers to monitor utilization of budget,
- Prepare monthly financial dashboard reports,Assist with yearly budget exercise,
- Prepare weekly reports for Finance Lead on open tasks/ issues
- ,Manage laptops inventory, issuance, write-off of assets, etc,Above average excel skills (Advance formulas, pivot tables, building of reporting dashboard,Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills,Strong
- Attention to details,Willing to learn attitude and able to work independently,Able to handle confidential data in a professional manner
