Finance Manager

The Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the Material Recovery Facility (MRF) in Dubai - UAE, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, and supporting strategic decision-making. This role involves managing budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Planning and Analysis:

• Develop and manage the annual budget, forecasts, and financial models.
• Analyze financial performance and variances, providing insights to senior management.

Financial Reporting:

• Prepare and present timely and accurate financial statements, reports, and summaries.
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations.

Cash Flow Management:

• Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and financial health of the organization.
• Implement strategies to optimize cash management and working capital.

Compliance and Risk Management:

• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
• Identify financial risks and implement mitigation strategies.

Stakeholder Engagement:

• Collaborate with other departments to align financial goals with organizational objectives.
• Serve as a point of contact for external auditors and regulatory agencies.

Qualifications:

• ICWA/CMA fully qualified.
• Proven experience in finance management, accounting, or financial analysis in a manufacturing environment Mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.
• Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proficient in financial software, oracle and Microsoft Office Suite.
