Propel Industries - Manager - Finance & Costing (5-7 yrs)

- We are looking for a seasoned Manager - Finance Costing to lead and manage costing operations in our organization.

- This role is pivotal in ensuring accurate inventory costing, statutory compliance, and the preparation of insightful costing reports.

- The ideal candidate will bring expertise in engineering industry costing, proficiency in SAP, and a knack for driving process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage all aspects of inventory costing and analysis.

- Prepare, review, and present detailed costing MIS reports.

- Ensure adherence to statutory and regulatory compliance requirements.

- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address costing-related matters.

- Drive process enhancements to improve costing accuracy and efficiency.

- Support strategic decision-making by providing detailed financial analyses.

- Conduct regular reviews of costing processes and suggest improvements.

- Mentor and guide the costing team to achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications/Experience: Minimum of 5 years in costing, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity within the engineering industry.

Technical Skills:

- Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Excel.

- Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Soft Skills:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders effectively.

- Leadership and team management abilities.

Educational Requirements Preferred: ICWA (CMA) certification in any specialization
