we are hiring for Finance Manager

Job Description:

• Preparation & maintenance of statutory books of accounts & financial statements and
  ensuring compliance with the statutory requirements
• Preparation of Monthly/Quarterly/Annual MIS Reports with cost center wise and
  reconciliation
  statements as well as undertaking analysis for key indicators to assist top management
• Preparation of standalone and consolidated financials statements as per accounting
  standards and guidance notes.
• Exposure to Indian Accounting Standards and Standards on Auditing, Companies Act 2013,
  CARO, Direct Tax and Indirect Tax.
• Preparation/Review/Verifications of secured/unsecured borrowings data
• Maintain/review Fixed asset register.
• Preparation/Review of internally generated software, capitalizing the same and amortisation
  over the period of time as per applicable accounting standards.
• Assist in providing insights on financial decision-making process through various analysis,
  financial projections (planning, budgeting, forecasting & Ratio Analysis) and reporting
• Coordination with accounting team, external bankers, statutory and internal auditors, etc.,
• Exposure on payroll processing functions involving computation of salaries, attendance,
  leave, fixed and variable entailments and filing of Income Tax, PF, ESI and TDS and other
  related Statutory returns
• Preparation/Review of Monthly GST Returns_GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B and annual GST
  Return_GSTR-9 & 9C
• Assist in GST Refund application and GST Audit.
• Exposure on cash flow management.
• Preparation/review of monthly AR/AP Ageing reports
• Preparation/review of unbilled revenue, deferred revenue and revenue recognition workings
  and coordination with project managers for invoicing.

Skills: all aspects of financial management ranging from accounting to compliance.

1. Strong knowledge in use of Tally.erp9 and Quick books.

2. Proficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software

3. Strong leadership and organizational skills

4. Excellent communication and people skills

5. Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods

6. knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices

7. Ability to strategize and solve problems

Qualification : CA/CMA/CA Inter

Experience : 8 to 12 years

Notice Period: Immediate Joiner / 30 Days Notice Period
