Assistant Manager - Finance

Responsibilities:

Due Diligence (DD) Expertise:

- Conduct Financial Due Diligence (FDD) and Tax Due Diligence (Direct and Indirect).

- Analyze and summarize findings from DD reports and present key insights to stakeholders.

Financial Reporting:

- Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant accounting standards.

- Summarize financial reports and ensure comprehensive and clear reporting.

MIS Reporting:

- Prepare, analyze, and present Monthly Information System (MIS) reports for management review.

- Work on creating and updating financial dashboards, highlighting key performance metrics.

Transaction Advisory Support:

- Provide transaction advisory services, including M&A, restructuring, and financial analysis support.

- Assist in the preparation and review of transaction-related documentation and valuation reports.

Financial Analysis:

- Conduct financial analysis to support business decisions, identifying risks and opportunities for the organization.

- Analyze company performance and prepare management reports on financial trends.

Collaboration with Big4 Professionals:

- Engage with cross-functional teams, leveraging experience in Big4 Transaction Advisory Services to ensure thorough and professional execution of tasks.

Advanced Microsoft Office Skills:

- Use Microsoft Excel for complex financial modeling, reporting, and data analysis.

- Draft detailed reports and presentations using Microsoft Word and PowerPoint, ensuring clarity and professionalism.

Qualifications:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) with 2-3 years of post-qualification experience.

- Articleship and professional experience in Big4 Transaction Advisory Services will be highly preferred.

- Strong working knowledge of Financial Due Diligence and Tax Due Diligence (Direct and Indirect).

Immediate joiners will be preferred.
