PPC Executive

We are seeking an experienced production planning and control (PPC) Executive to oversee and optimize our production planning processes. The successful candidate will ensure efficient production workflows, meet customer demand, and maintain inventory levels.

Planning:

1. Demand forecasting and capacity planning.

2. Develop and implement production schedules.

3. Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements.

4. Analyze production data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Production Control:

1. Monitor and adjust production schedules.

2. Ensure on-time delivery of products.

3. Coordinate with production teams to resolve production issues.

4. Implement inventory management systems

Inventory Management:

1. Maintain optimal inventory levels.

2. Conduct regular inventory audits.

3. Implement inventory reduction strategies.

4. Provide regular production reports.

5. Create and manage MIS reports for PPC

Continuously evaluate and improve MIS reporting processes to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and effectiveness.

Skills & knowledge

• Good knowledge of advance excels.
• 3+years in production planning and control.
• Experience in manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient busy system
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
