Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled Salesforce Developer with over 5 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Pune & Gurugram. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (LWC), and other Salesforce tools.
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Implement and optimize Salesforce integrations with third-party applications and services.
• Perform unit testing, debugging, and deployment activities to ensure seamless system functionality.
• Maintain and enhance Salesforce security settings, including user roles, profiles, and permissions.
• Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and best practices guidance to internal teams.
• Stay updated with the latest Salesforce releases, features, and best practices to enhance system capabilities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development and administration.
• Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (LWC), SOQL, and SOSL.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, third-party applications, and middleware solutions.
• Knowledge of Salesforce security models, sharing rules, roles, profiles, and permissions.
• Familiarity with CI/CD processes, version control (Git, Bitbucket), and deployment tools (Copado, Gearset, or similar).
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Platform Developer I/II or Salesforce Administrator are preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud.
• Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and front-end frameworks for Lightning development.
• Exposure to DevOps practices and Salesforce DX.
