Job Title: Senior Software Engineer
Location: Hybrid (2 days Work From Office)
Shift Timings: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM

Job Description:

We are looking for highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Engineers to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-performance applications using Java and related technologies.

Position Details:

• Experience Required: 4-6 years
• Work Mode: Hybrid (2 days Work From Office)

Mandatory Skills:

• Java
• Spring Framework
• Hibernate
• Microservices Architecture
• Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)

Good to Have Skills:

• ElasticSearch
• RabbitMQ
• Kafka
• Basic understanding of AWS

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java-based applications.
• Work with Microservices architecture to enhance application performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize code to improve system efficiency.
• Implement best practices for software development and ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Maintain clear and concise technical documentation.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Masters degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• 3-6 years of hands-on experience in Java development.
• Strong knowledge of Spring, Hibernate, and Microservices.
• Proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming principles.
• Experience working with ElasticSearch, RabbitMQ, Kafka, and AWS (preferred but not mandatory).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
