Market Research Executive

We are looking for individuals who are passionate about their work and enjoy working in teams as well as individually. To excel in this role, candidates are required to:

• Have at least 2 years of experience in conducting telephonic and face-to-face surveys at a Market Research firm or experience in an outbound voice based process at leading BPOs.
• Have excellent command of the English language. Exceptional oral and written communication skills are essential.
• Have advanced interviewing skills including telephone etiquette, objection handling and the ability to engage others in a discussion.
• Have basic computer skills including working on MS Office and conducting browser based information search on the internet.
