Job Description
- Will accompany the service engineers and help them in pre-installation work, equipment demo
- other service activities. This will involve travel within the city and outside as well.
- Will ensure the delivery of operations - installing, trouble-shooting, planned maintenance of the various range of Single use and Chromatography Equipment sold by Cytiva Life Science to the customers in Biopharmaceutical Industries.
- Required to attend independently or with a trained engineer and close the service calls as per Cytiva Service Quality.
- Support the team in service documentation work be an active contributor.
Who you are
- Should have 6-8yrs of experience with a bachelors degree in biotechnology /Instrumentation /Electrical/ Mechanical/ Electronics/ Electrical Telecommunications Engineering.
- Ability to learn quickly demonstrate independent working straits
- Should have knowledge about the basic tools used for service and repairs
- Fluency in English language.
- Ability to learn the processes in Cytiva Life Sciences for reporting, escalations, travel.
