IT - Asset/ IT Asset Coordinator- FNFI

Key Responsibilities:

• Asset allocation, release and movements
• Asset like LAPTOP, MONITORS, DESKTOPS
• IT equipment stock inventory in Excel
• Store/Warehouse management inward/outward
• Stock verification, physical verification, working condition, faulty stock.
• Responsible for receiving and inspecting all incoming and outgoing IT assets
• Creating records to track assets in the Excel
• Assured all assets meet the Department of state hardware security protocols.
• Updated and configured IT assets to the department of state standers.
• Deployed and documents final IT Assets to end-users.

Required Skills:

Good Communication

Good in MS Excel/Reports
Skilled in customer service, problem solving
Ability to effectively meet customer needs and taking responsibility for customer satisfaction

Flexible to work in shifts (night shift) and Rotational off

Any graduate,1-3 Years of Experience in IT Asset Management only can apply for this role
