Our clients include pension funds, sovereign wealth funds, insurance companies, charities, banks and other institutional investors. About the KMT function

As part of the new business process, Fidelity is asked to complete detailed new business Request for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Information (RFIs) and Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs). Potential institutional clients request this information in order to evaluate our company, products and services, and ultimately make major investment decisions worth hundreds of millions of dollars. It is vital that Fidelity provides these groups with up-to-date, high-quality documents which communicate our marketing message clearly and generate interest in Fidelitys capabilities - the KMT Team is responsible for supporting the RFP team so that RFP writers can submit high quality responses to clients.

About your role
The role

This role is within the Knowledge Management Team based in India. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the global RFP Teams by executing the following tasks:

Maintaining a repository of content at company as well as at product level in the RFP database. The content must communicate Fidelitys competitive advantages and product features in a clear and compelling proposal. This will entail liaising with Product Specialists, Investment Directors, and other firm wide subject matter experts to obtain high quality information and manage content in a timely manner.

Generating quarterly and new Requests for Information (RFIs) at company and product level.

Co-ordinating the Investment Professionals data on a quarterly basis, liaising with various asset-class stakeholders.

Compiling the credentials deck for the Fidelity source page.

Co-ordinating and updating the quarterly awards information in the database.

Responsibilities

• Liaison with all global RFP contributor teams to drive change and process and structural improvements.
• Create and upload high quality responses to the RFP database.
• Capacity management - manage workflow to ensure deadlines are met.
• Reviewing/editing content in the database to ensure it remains relevant.
• Engage with subject matter experts so that they can understand the value of maintaining accurate content.
• Work alongside the RFP team to gain an understanding of what makes a good client submission so that new content can be crafted.
• Pre-empt/address issues internally/with SMEs as they relate to the efficiency of the KMT process to enable team to concentrate directly on their work.

About you

Relevant Experience and Qualifications:

• Experience in writing investment content desirable.
• Track record in investment management or investment marketing related role desirable.
• Strong desire to drive collaboration with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Applied knowledge of the investment industry and markets, as well as a developed understanding of investment products (equity, fixed income, mixed assets, quant model products, private equity/credit, real estate and/or digital assets) and how fund management firms operate.
