Software QA Engineer ( Manual Testing )

Job Description:
Experience include evaluating mobile application, web applications, API and back-end systems to review functionality and identify defects or potential design flaws. The individual analyzes products and specifications, develops, writes, and executes tests (manually or with tools), and assists Developers to isolate and determine the source of defects.
Knowledge of functional, regression and ad-hoc testing, proficiency in Manual Testing and SQL queries.
Prepare test case for Unit, Functional, Load, Integration and system level. Execute all the test case and report defects, define severity and priority for each defect.
Create and review test strategy, test plan and interaction with development team and business analysts.
Implementation of QA process (Define bug life cycle, release notes, sign off for UAT, and uploading it to production).
Prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans.
Review and analyze FRS/SRS/Requirement document and create scenarios/test plan for it.
Review instances received through support/client feedback and take appropriate action on it.
Strong communication skills and the ability to communicate across teams.
Problem solving skills with the ability to learn and apply new technologies.

Preferable: B.E./B.Tech (Computers, IT) or MCA or M. Sc. (IT or Computer Science)
