Job Description:

1. Leading the loan lead generation vertical. Sourcing fresh Loan based on Bank criteria

2. ⁠Build the distribution network across the country.

3. ⁠Drive agent productivity and ensure the active %

4. ⁠Grow the income for agents

5. ⁠Relationship and laisoning with bank /client to ensure the loans disbursements

6. ⁠Managing the team and build the team

7. ⁠Building the revenues for the organisation from this vertical

8. ⁠Travel required 15-20 days in a month

9. ⁠Self-starter with strategic thinking

10. ⁠Go getter and achieves the goals set by the organisation
