Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Position Summary:

The B2B Sales Coordinator supports the B2B sales team, ensuring smooth operations and efficient processes. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and a good understanding of B2B sales and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and process sales orders, quotes, and proposals.
• Schedule meetings, presentations, and sales calls.
• Update customer databases.
• Prepare sales reports.
• Be the main contact for B2B clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
• Maintain strong client relationships.
• Follow up on sales leads.
• Analyze sales data and track performance.
• Work with marketing, finance, and product teams.
• Generate sales performance reports.
• Identify ways to improve sales processes.
• Stay updated on industry trends.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 3 - 4 years in B2B sales coordination or a similar role.
• Education: Bachelor's degree
• Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication skills. Mandatory Language (English, Tamil & Hindi - Added Advantage)
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
