Job Description
- Architectural Leadership: Define and implement technical strategies that align with business goals.
- Solution Design: Create robust, scalable, and secure architectures for software products, including cloud-native solutions.
- B2C Platform Expertise: Architect and design mobile app-based platforms catering to B2C audiences, ensuring superior user experience, performance, and scalability.
- Team Management: Lead and manage a development pod, including developers, testers, and other technical team members.
- Mentor team members to enhance their technical skills and ensure alignment with architectural goals.
- Monitor and ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative environment within the pod.
- Technical Oversight: Guide development teams in implementing best practices and ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Innovation: Evaluate emerging technologies and integrate them into our product ecosystem.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure technical and business objectives alignment.
- Performance Optimization: Design systems to handle high traffic, ensure reliability, and minimize latency.
- Data Expertise: Develop and optimize data pipelines and AI-driven applications.
Qualifications:
- BTech/BE in Computer Science/Engineering
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience, including 3+ years in an architect role.
- Solid understanding of relational and non-relational databases and caching mechanisms like Redis.
- Hands-on experience with API design, microservices architecture, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP.
- Exceptional problem-solving, decision-making, and project management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, with experience managing cross-functional teams.
Mandatory Skills
- B2C Platform Architecture: Proven experience designing and implementing B2C mobile app-based platforms.
- Cloud Architecture: Expertise in designing cloud-native and hybrid solutions.
- Google Flutter: Proficiency in building cross-platform applications.
- PHP Frameworks: Deep understanding of frameworks like Laravel or Code Igniter.
- Python Frameworks: Experience with Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
- Databases: Proficiency in MySQL, NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB), and Vector Databases.
- Generative AI Applications: Experience in designing and deploying AI-driven solutions.
- Data Pipelines: Strong knowledge of building and optimizing data pipelines.
Desirable Skills
- DevSecOps: Knowledge of integrating security practices into DevOps pipelines.
- AIOps: Experience in automating IT operations using AI.
- Cloud Security: Expertise in securing cloud environments and ensuring compliance.
- ReactJS: Experience with modern front-end development.
- NextJS: Experience with developing web apps with server-side rendering.
- Material UI: Proficiency in creating visually appealing, user-friendly interfaces.
- Real-Time Applications: Familiarity with WebSockets, streaming, or other real-time tech.
- Data Warehousing Analytics: Proficiency in creating unified data stores, analytical data stores/lake/warehouse to power data analytics solutions
Certifications
Certifications in relevant areas are highly desirable, such as:
- Cloud Architecture: AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Google Professional Cloud Architect, or Azure Solutions Architect Expert.
- DevSecOps: Certified DevSecOps Professional or equivalent.
- AI/ML: AI/ML certifications from recognized platforms.
- Security: Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP).
