Job Description

- Strategic Thinker /Change Management Skills - Processes, Policies, Training, and Systems.
- Effective contribution towards strategic initiatives and efficient in performing tactical operational work

- Passionate and driven by ownership across all facets of the job requirement including people, business, culture leadership.
- Develop, implement and participate in employee recognition programs and implement activities pertaining to employee engagement
- Conduct E-sat surveys, exit interviews
- Post-Graduation in HR preferably from a Tier 1/2 institute
- At least 15+ years of professional experience across all HR disciplines, including employment, benefits, compensation, employee relations, training and development, workers compensation, and conflict resolution.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Experience working with a diverse workforce.
- Excellent time-management and problem-solving skills
