Overview

As an Appian Tech Lead, you must have extensive experience in Appian BPM development. You will participate in analysis, design, and development of Appian based applications. You will provide technical leadership to Scrum teams. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing business requirements, and developing solutions to meet those requirements. Must have the ability to drive and lead a team. Must have client facing experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements using Appian Process Automation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and develop solutions to meet those requirements.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation related to application development.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for applications developed using Appian Process Automation.

Professional & Technical Skills

• Experience in Analysis, Designing process models, Records, Reports, SAIL, forms, gateways, smart services, integration services and web services.
• Experience working with different Appian Object types, query rules, constant rules and expression rules
• Knowledge of Appian architecture and its objects best practices
• Mandatory Appian Senior Developer certified. Appian Lead Developer certification is good to have
• Develop and maintain technical documentation related to application development
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for applications developed using Appian Process Automation.
• Must have at least 6 years of experience in Implementing BPM solutions using Appian and 8 years of overall IT experience.

Certification

• Must have: L1 - Certified Associate Developer, L2 – Certified Senior Developer
• Good to have: L3 - Certified Lead Developer
