Demand Planner

Job Summary: We are seeking for an enthusiastic candidate to join our team, responsible for forecasting the planning based on the market requirement in alignment with the growth projected by the management

Responsibilities:

• Forecasting/ planning on regional level for all the product families.
• Lead monthly Sales Consensus Meeting with the stake holders and regional management.
• Reviewing monthly forecast with the regional management and Global BU planners and improve Forecast accuracy.
• Drive Large Order projects for the cluster.
• Analyse the data and prepare various reports.
• Responsible for planning of Phase-In/Phase-out products

Qualifications:

• University degree in Mechanical / Electrical/ Electrical & Electronics / Mechatronics Engineering.
• Min. 1 to 3 years of experience
• Baseline understanding of the end-to-end Supply Chain Planning processes.
• Strong Verbal and Written communication skills in English.
• IT affinity: MS Office, SAP knowledge in the SD and MM modules.
• Hands-on experience using - Rapid Response tool is a plus.
• Analytical and holistic thinking and acting, high level of initiative.
• High customer orientation, ability to work in a team and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work with diverse teams across different countries.
