Workshop Supervisor

Role & responsibilities

• Supervise daily workshop operations
• Manage and coordinate technician schedules and tasks
• Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards
• Maintain and oversee workshop equipment and tools
• Train and mentor workshop technician
• Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in workshop industry.
• in depth knowledge of fabrication,machining process, tools .
• Familiar with CAD/CAM and production management system.
• Good problem solving and organizational abilities.
